Driving Directions H. A. Fee Budget FAQ

The Homeowner's Association will  provide yard maintenance for you!  They will mow the grass, fertilize and weed treat the yard.  The landscaping will be trimmed and mulched.  Monthly fees of $73 will be charged.  These fees will be prorated at time of closing and then be invoiced annually thereafter.

Snow Removal

You pay only for those services you need.
Speak directly to our yard contractor about your personal snow removal requirements.  Since many of our residents will move to a warmer climate during the winter months, folks will only pay for the services they will need.
