Can I make small changes to the floor plans before the home is built?
Certainly. Minor changes and additions can be planned and budgeted so that your home matches your needs as closely as possible. Feel free to contact us if you have specific questions with regard to modifications you would like to make.

Can I purchase my own materials and have you install them?
Yes. We welcome your initiative and creativity, since we are aware of how important the beauty and quality of your living environment are. Feel free to choose among the vast selection of materials we have available, or to have us install the very special ones you have found elsewhere. There are generous allowances for cabinets & counters, electrical fixtures and appliances.

Can I add closet space, light fixtures, windows and doors?
Yes. Please see our optional features page to get an idea of possible additions to your home.

How long will it take you to build my home?
It takes an average of 18 weeks to build one of our high-quality homes. Please see our Building Timeline for more detailed information.

How does the building process work?
First, contact us to discuss the floor plan best suited to your needs, then choose one of our many lots we have available to build your home on. Consider the optional features such as screened-in porches or skylights that you may want to add and choose the materials and colors you wish to use for the interior. Once all the details have been decided on, simply sit back and watch us build your dream home in just 18 weeks.

What if I want to do my own gardening?
Our Home Owners Association offers you the convenience of a maintenance-free landscaping. We will plant standard landscaping per our plan. If you would like additional selections, you may do so to customize the look to make your house your dream home.

Can I keep a pet on the premises?
Certainly. Dogs, cats and other common pets in reasonable numbers are allowed if housed inside. Dogs shall be confined within a so called “invisible” fence or placed on a leash at all times whenever outside a residence.

Is there a sports facility nearby?
The Sportsplex facility is conveniently located only one mile from Sunflower Gardens Patio Homes. The YMCA and Iron Pit Gym are also just a short drive away.

Which elementary school will my child attend?
The newly built Summit Elementary school is the district’s school http://www.summit.mccsc.edu/ which is located directly accross the street from Sunflower Gardens.

Which middle school will my child attend?
